'EmberGlowHaven started from an aspiration to introduce true Neapolitan pizza into London. The Romano family established our pizzeria in 1985, initially a quaint family-operated shop, preserving recipes passed through generations.
Marco Romano, our originator, mastered the pizza craft in her Italian voyages, especially in Naples, the pizza origins. Back in the UK, her goal was to replicate traditional Italian pizza, preserving ancestral techniques and selecting only premium components.
Our journey from a cozy 12-seat pizza shop to a renowned local favorite never shifted our focus on excellence and genuineness. We adhere to original wood-fired oven practices, prepare our dough fresh each day, and procure the finest ingredients available.
Currently, 'EmberGlowHaven is still within the Romano family's care, with its second generation at the helm, guiding our zealous team. Although we've incorporated some contemporary conveniences, our foundational philosophy remains solid: creating exquisite, genuine pizza that unites people.
